We do not collect or process personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or precise location data in our advertising systems.

Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure, analytics, and security vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations
Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation

We do not sell personal data as defined under applicable privacy laws. All data sharing is conducted in compliance with OpenRTB protocol specifications and applicable data protection regulations.

5. Data Retention

Bid request data is retained for a maximum of 90 days for billing and fraud detection purposes. Aggregated and anonymized performance data may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement. Contact information is retained for the duration of our business relationship.
